Hi there.
I am a Product Designer at Snowflake and I love design in the data space. I have 20 years of experience as a Designer with 12 in data visualization, analytics and enterprise cloud services. Prior to joining the tech world, I spent several years as an Art Director and Designer with smaller diverse companies in both the Midwest and the South. I have a formal background in Visual Design and a major passion for design education, something I strive to find time for outside of work.
I am a huge advocate for design and research being an integral part of the product planning phase. I aim to fully participate and lead discussions that will allow the design discipline to have an equal part in establishing new features, influencing product road map, and positively impact the product vision.
Outside of work, I love to sail and hike. I spend a lot of time cruising my sailboat around the Puget Sound. I also have three dogs, Leo, Moose and Olive, and we enjoy road trips, camping and snacks.
